Purchase terms

One sentence, one placement
You purchase publication of one fan sentence and a display name on the selected restaurant chain record, subject to review and payment capture. This is a single purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. The seller is kalbi合同会社 (kalbi LLC). See seller information for contact details.
Where purchases are available
Purchases are available in Japan and the United States (50 states and DC). US territories are not included at launch. You must provide your actual billing address. If the billing location is outside this area or cannot be verified, we cancel the authorization and do not publish the sentence. Your bank may take time to release the hold. Reading the index remains available worldwide.
Your message
Submit a positive personal opinion about the selected chain, up to 200 characters, with an appropriate display name. You must have the right to publish it. Do not impersonate a brand or another person, claim official endorsement, attack others, include links or personal information, or make unsupported factual claims. You grant us permission to display the approved sentence and display name publicly, including in our machine-readable records, for the current placement and the public comment history for six months from publication. The starter line is an editorial description by OneLine Index and is not a customer testimonial.
Authorization and review
Continuing to Stripe sends your draft, display name, price and order reference to our service. Stripe collects payment information, and Cloudflare Workers AI reviews your message and display name. We authorize payment first and capture it only after approval. We can reject content that does not meet these rules or cannot be confidently approved. Rejection does not result in a captured payment. An authorization hold can remain visible until your bank releases it.
The full price and competing purchases
The first placement starts at $1 USD. Displayed placement prices exclude tax. Every replacement is a new purchase for the full placement price plus applicable tax, at least $1 higher than the current placement before tax. Tax does not affect which purchase wins. The price is checked again before capture. If another purchase makes your offer too low, we cancel the authorization rather than charge you. Stripe calculates applicable tax using your billing details and shows the final total before authorization. That total is the amount you authorize; your bank may separately charge conversion fees.
Publication and duration
Publication follows approval and successful capture. Processing usually takes a few minutes but may be delayed. Each new paid sentence resets 90 days (90 × 24 hours) after its publication, returning the current comment to the editorial starter line and the next purchase price to $1 before tax. A higher valid purchase can replace the sentence sooner, including immediately after publication. Each replacement starts its own 90-day period. Expiry does not renew or charge you again. The sentence and public display name remain in the public comment history for six months from publication. There is no minimum display period, ownership of the chain record, guaranteed ranking, traffic, AI use or citation. Public facts and ordering of the index are separate from paid fan opinions.
Refunds and content removal
A normal replacement by a higher purchase or the agreed 90-day expiry is not refunded. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. If we cannot deliver an approved, charged placement due to a service failure, contact contact@kalbi.jp for investigation and a refund of an undelivered purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. An authorization release is different from a refund of a captured payment.
Privacy and support
The approved sentence and display name are public. Purchase records are used for fulfillment, reconciliation and support. Read our privacy notice. Contact contact@kalbi.jp with your order reference for payment or publication questions. Never include card details.
